Leadership Team

This team approves goals, monitors progress metrics against the plan, and ensures connectedness to the broader economic development efforts of the region as part of One Region, the regional structure for economic growth and quality of life. The team is composed of community leaders in education, government, media, economic development, and business.

Education Team

This team brings together K-12 and college leaders as a learning and action network aimed at success of Northwest Indiana students in ensuring readiness in the Three C's of college, career, and community. The team is composed of superintendents of 29 regional school corporations and the 6 major colleges and universities in the region.

Career and Technical Education Team

This team creates strategies for increasing the number of students receiving industry certifications and college credits, reducing the need for remediation and building model career pathway structures tied to employers’ needs. The team is composed of all CTE Center Directors in the region, and work of the team is coordinated with the Governor’s Regional Works Council.
